Pinot rose

Description

The wine is salmon pink in colour. You can smell fresh and ripe berries accompanied by fruitiness. The taste is fresh with a gently sweet aftertaste.
It is served at 8-10 °C. We recommend it with dried-meat products, cold fish appetizers or it can be a pleasant summer refreshment.

Characteristics

• Type: Pinot blanc
• Vinification: grapes pressed softly and for a short while,
wine aged on wine lees for 3 months and bottled after 12 months.
• Sugar level: medium-dry
