Pinot noir barrique

Description

The wine is dark red in colour, you can detect a berry and soft fruit aroma.
The taste is fresh with a long aftertaste accompanied by the right amount of acidity and soft tannins. It is served at 18 °C.

• Vinification: maceration 10 days, aging in barrique barrels for 3 years; afterwards in inox barrels for 12 months
• Sugar level: dry
